INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Who is the Data Controller?
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), your personal data will be processed by CNR Holding Joint Stock Company (“CNR Holding”) as the data controller within the scope described below.
2. For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
The personal data you provide through the Visitor Registration Form will be processed by CNR Holding for the following purposes:
- To provide services and establish communication regarding the products and services you receive or intend to receive,
- To evaluate complaints and suggestions about our services,
- To improve, develop, and diversify our services and to inform individuals and legal entities we have commercial relations with,
- To plan exhibitions according to the expectations of participants and visitors, monitor events, and ensure continuity,
- To inform you about planned exhibition activities,
- To maintain records of exhibition participants and visitors,
- To conduct marketing activities,
- To identify and enhance mutual communication with customers, exhibition participants, and visitors,
- To perform data analysis and research for improving service quality,
- To carry out activities related to the services offered in collaboration with agreed institutions, and
- To maintain entrance and exit records of exhibition venues.
Your personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of the Law for the purposes outlined in this text.
3. Which of Your Data Do We Process?
The personal data collected through the CNR Holding Visitor Registration Form includes:
- Identity Information: Name, Surname
- Contact Information: Phone Number, Email, Country, City
- Professional Experience Information: Company Name, Position
- Other: Areas of Interest
4. Transfer of Your Personal Data:
Your personal data may be shared within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law with group companies, affiliates, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private institutions to:
- Enable relevant units to perform necessary work to provide services,
- Execute related business processes,
- Plan and execute CNR Holding’s commercial and/or business strategies,
- Ensure the legal, technical, and commercial job security of CNR Holding and related parties.
5. What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject Regarding Data Processing?
As data subjects, you can exercise your rights over your personal data by sending an email to [email protected]. Upon your request, our company will respond to your application free of charge within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee will be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. You can obtain information on the following:
- Learning whether your personal data has been processed,
- Requesting information about the processed data,
- Understanding the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with this purpose,
- Learning about third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- Requesting correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
- Requesting deletion or destruction of data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
- Requesting notification of the actions taken under (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- Objecting to results derived from exclusively automated systems that adversely affect you,
- Claiming compensation for damages arising from unlawful data processing.

CONSENT FORM FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Our company, CNR Holding Joint Stock Company (“CNR Holding”), is the data controller in terms of customers' personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. This Consent Form aims to obtain explicit consent for personal data processing activities not covered by the legal bases in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law.

Accordingly, the personal data collected via the CNR Holding Visitor Registration Form will be used for the purposes described in the Information Text on Processing Personal Data, such as creating personalized campaigns for visitors, informing visitors about new exhibitions, offering exclusive opportunities provided by CNR Holding’s business partners, cross-selling, identifying target audiences, tracking customer activities to improve user experience, conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing, segmentation, analysis, reporting activities, market research, planning and executing visitor satisfaction activities, customizing and recommending products and services based on preferences and habits, and managing customer relations. Personal data will also be shared with relevant parties and used for sending electronic communications and making calls within the scope of these purposes.
